Delete your Cutmaxx account

Delete in the app

1. Open Cutmaxx and sign in.
2. Open Account.
3. Tap Delete my account.
4. Confirm. This removes your photos and every try-on and cannot be undone.

Request deletion without the app

Email verbatim8872@gmail.com with the subject Delete my Cutmaxx account, from the address you sign in with (or write that address, including a private Apple relay address, in the message). We delete the account within a few business days and reply when it is done.

Data we delete

• Every photo you uploaded for a try-on, and every generated try-on image
• Your try-on history and the styles you chose
• Usage records and in-app events
• Subscription records we store
• Your sign-in (Apple or Google identity), unless you use another app we operate with the same login

Data we keep

• Nothing from your account: there is no extra retention period after deletion.
• Apple, Google and RevenueCat may keep their own records of purchases.
• The face-shape measurements never leave your phone. The selfie you try styles on is stored with your try-ons and deleted with your account; the copy on your phone goes when you delete your account in the app or uninstall it.
