Common questions
My face shape looks wrong. Retake the selfie facing the camera in even light, with your hair off your forehead. If you are between two shapes, the app shows cuts for both.
How do I cancel? Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google: open your store account's subscription settings, or tap Manage subscription in the app.
How do I delete my photos? Deleting your account removes every uploaded photo and try-on. See Delete account.
